Product Description

Basic performance: 1. High strength and good designability

Continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite materials are mainly composed of glass fibers for reinforcement and thermosetting resins for bonding and load transmission. The tensile strength of glass fiber is very high (3450mpa), and its content, length, and laying form determine the strength of the stent product. The strength of thermosetting glass fiber reinforced composite materials can range from 30-1000 MPa. Therefore, we design the amount, length and laying form of glass fiber based on the product's stress, output, production process, and price affordability.

No creep

The continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite stent is twice as rigid as the fiber-reinforced nylon stent produced by a company in the United States. It will not deform even under long-term load, and will not tilt downward like the metal cable brackets used in subways in some domestic cities.

Fireproof

Oxygen index is an important detection method for evaluating cable ignition products. Oxygen index refers to the burning resistance of fireproof products under maximum oxygen conditions. The use in engineering should be determined according to the burning intensity. For example, under the condition of 30 cables, if a cable ignition accident occurs, high-temperature heat accumulation of more than 500 degrees can be formed within 4 minutes, causing the cable to ignite along the direction. The more cables there are in densely packed areas, the greater the combustible mass. When there are 30 cables, the combustible mass per unit length is 20.5kg/m. Now calculated with 300 cables, the combustible mass per unit length is 158kg/m. Calculated based on the maximum possible combustion intensity, the oxygen index must be no less than 65%. We believe that it is more appropriate to set the oxygen index at 70% in product fire protection standards.

According to the usage requirements, the oxygen index of the composite cable bracket we developed is greater than or equal to 70%. It meets the safety requirements of fire protection, low smoke, halogen-free and non-toxic. The fire resistance is higher than Taiwan's "Technical Specifications for Glass Fiber Plastic Cable Tray Boards for Underground Railways" (oxygen index is 52%), and is also much higher than the reinforced thermoplastic brackets of a company in the United States. This indicator is no lower than that certified by the British BS Hong Kong MTR introduces indicators for fire protection standards for composite materials used in new vehicles.

preservative

The continuous fiber reinforced thermosetting composite bracket is corrosion-resistant and is especially suitable for use in humid, salt spray, acid and weak alkali environments.

5. Electrical insulation

The insulation performance can be adjusted according to the usage requirements.

a) Electrical insulation type, insulation resistance greater than 1000GΩ;

b) Antistatic type, surface resistance is less than 10GΩ.

Easy to use

The product is pre-embedded and installed directly into the wall. The positioning is accurate and firm, and the construction is very convenient.

Combined cable bracket: Combined cable bracket, also called assembled bracket, is produced in the factory according to the requirements that the bracket can be directly installed on site. After the cable structure is completed, before or during the cable laying process Cable supports installed directly on site. Its connection with the structure is generally done by expansion bolts or embedded parts in the structure. The bracket is composed of a column and a support arm (cross arm). The connection between the support arm (cross arm) and the column is that the south support arm positioning seat is directly inserted into the positioning hole installed on the column, and then fixed by the positioning pin (bolt). This bracket The bracket is easy to assemble and unload, free to plug in and out, easy to operate, and simple to construct.

Instructions for use: 1. Select the bracket specifications according to the cable trench, the net width of the cable channel and the cable model size. The SFZ-3/540 bracket is suitable for placing three cables, and the SFZ-2/430 bracket is suitable for placing two cables. If there are special requirements, they can be customized according to the actual situation.

2. Suitable environmental temperature range: -20 - +70°.

3. The installation should be horizontal. If it is tilted, other measures must be taken to fix the cable.

4. It is required to be balanced and vertical. The horizontal distance between the brackets on the same side is 80 cm. The brackets on both sides should be installed staggered to ensure balanced load-bearing of the brackets.

5. When the bracket is pre-embedded, it is necessary to ensure that the bracket base and the wall concrete are fully engaged, dense, and at right angles to the fixed wall to ensure the stress area of the base and avoid distortion. When laying cables, it should be laid from top to bottom, and when dragging the cables, it should be dragged horizontally.

Configuration and installation: (1) The steel used for the steel structure bracket should be straight and without significant distortion. The length deviation after cutting should be within 5mm, and there should be no curling or burrs at the incision.

(2) The steel bracket should be welded firmly without significant deformation. The vertical clear distance between each horizontal brace of the bracket should meet the design requirements, and the deviation should not be greater than 2mm. The clear distance between layers should be no less than twice the outer diameter of the cable plus 10mm; for oil-filled cables, it should be no less than twice the outer diameter of the cable plus 50mm.

(3) The cable bracket should be installed firmly, horizontally and vertically. The rungs of each cable bracket on the same layer should be on the same horizontal plane, and their height deviation should not be greater than 5mm. Cable supports installed in sloped cable trenches or buildings should have the same slope as the cable trench or building. The minimum distance from the cable support rungs to the trench roof, floor or trench bottom.

(4) The vertical deviation of the assembled steel structure shaft should not be greater than 0.2% of its length, the horizontal deviation of the bracket cross braces should not be greater than 0.2% of its width, and the diagonal deviation of the shaft should not be greater than the diagonal length. 0.5%.

(5) The production and installation of cable brackets should meet the design requirements.

(6) The cable bracket must be coated with anti-corrosion primer first, and the paint should be even and complete.

Processing requirements:

1. The processing of cable brackets should meet the following requirements:

2. (1) The steel should be straight and without obvious distortion. The blanking error should be within 5mm, and the incision should have no curling or burrs.

3. (2) The bracket should be welded firmly without significant deformation. The vertical clearance between each support arm and the design deviation should not be greater than 5mm.

4. (3) Metal cable brackets must be treated with anti-corrosion. When located in areas with humid heat, salt spray and chemical corrosion, special anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out according to the design.

2. Cable brackets can be made by manufacturers or processed on-site. Taking into account the quantity, manufacturing accuracy and production efficiency of processing equipment at the construction site, mass-produced cable brackets should be made by the manufacturer.
