Working principle: The spring-type safety valve is an automatic valve that uses the pressure of the medium itself and the force generated by the control element (regulating device) to close the main valve. It is suitable for cutting off non-corrosive fluids such as air, steam or inert gas and liquid pipelines.

Structural features: 1. The main structural forms of spring-type safety valves are: direct-acting and pilot-operated; according to the sealing surface configuration, it can be divided into two types: single-flap type and double-flap type; according to the mode of action, it can be divided into full-pass type. There are two types: diameter and reduced mouth.

2. The direct-acting safety valve is mainly composed of the main valve and the guide tube. The former is the main component, and the latter plays the role of throttling and reducing pressure. The pilot-operated safety valve is mainly composed of the main valve core and the pilot cone tube.

3. Depending on the use temperature, there are two types of products available, high temperature type and normal temperature type.

4. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, adjust the screw to change the differential pressure ratio at both ends to control the opening of the main valve to achieve the purpose of discharge.

5. Since the size of the spring and safety relief area directly affects the quality, performance and service life of the product, manufacturing and inspection are carried out strictly in accordance with standards.
