The water tank is generally equipped with HYFI remote liquid level electric valve, water level monitoring system and automatic cleaning system and self-cleaning sterilizer, the overflow pipe of the water tank is connected with the drain pipe valve of the water tank and the insect-proof net, the water tank should have two ventilation pipes of different levels (insect-proof net), the water tank is equipped with internal and external ladder; Water tank generally has water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe (living water pipe, fire water pipe), overflow pipe, drain pipe, water tank according to different functions are divided into living water tank, fire water tank, production water tank, civil air defense water tank, household water tower five, strictly in the sense of toilet flushing water tank and car water tank does not belong to the water tank. (1) Water inlet pipe: The water inlet pipe of the water tank is generally accessed from the side wall, and can also be accessed from the bottom or top. When the water tank uses the pressure of the pipe network to enter the water, the inlet pipe outlet should be equipped with a float ball valve or hydraulic valve. Float ball valve is generally not less than 2. The diameter of the float ball valve is the same as that of the inlet pipe. Each float ball valve should be equipped with an inspection valve before it. (2) Outlet pipe: The outlet pipe of the water tank can be connected from the side wall or the bottom. The bottom of the outlet pipe connected from the side wall or the top surface of the outlet pipe connected from the bottom should be 50 mm higher than the bottom of the tank. The outlet of the water pipe should be provided with a gate valve. The inlet and outlet pipes of the water tank should be set separately. When the inlet and outlet pipes are the same pipe, check valves should be installed on the outlet pipes. When a check valve needs to be installed, a swing check valve with less resistance should be used instead of a lift check valve, and the elevation should be more than 1m below the lowest water level of the water tank. When living and firefighting share a water tank, the check valve on the fire outlet pipe should be at least 2m lower than the pipe top of the living water outlet siphon (when it is lower than the pipe top, the vacuum of the living siphon is destroyed, and only the water flow out of the fire outlet pipe is guaranteed), so that it has a certain pressure to push the check valve. When a fire occurs, the fire reserve water can really come into play. (3) Overflow pipe: the overflow pipe of the water tank can be connected from the side wall or the bottom, and its pipe diameter is determined according to the maximum flow rate of the discharge tank, and it should be larger than the water inlet pipe. No valve shall be installed on the overflow pipe. The overflow pipe shall not be directly connected with the drainage system, and indirect drainage must be adopted. The overflow pipe shall have measures to prevent dust, insects, mosquitoes and flies from entering, such as water seal and filter screen. (4) Drainage pipe: The water tank drainage pipe should be connected from the bottom of the lowest place. Figure 2-2N Water drain pipe The water tank for fire fighting and living table is equipped with a gate valve (interception valve should not be installed), which can be connected with the overflow pipe, but must not be directly connected with the drainage system. In the absence of special requirements, the pipe diameter is generally DN50. (5) Ventilation pipe: the water tank for drinking water shall be provided with a sealed box cover, and the box cover shall be provided with an access hole and a ventilation pipe. The vent pipe can be extended indoors or outdoors, but not to the place of harmful gases. The pipe mouth should have a filter screen to prevent dust, insects and mosquitoes from entering. Generally, the pipe mouth should be set downward. Valves, water seals and other devices that impede ventilation shall not be installed on the snorkel. The ventilation pipe must not be connected to the drainage system and ventilation duct. The vent pipe is generally DN50 pipe diameter. (6) Level gauge: Generally, a glass level gauge should be installed on the side wall of the water tank to indicate the water level on the spot. When the length of one level gauge is not enough, two or more level gauges can be installed up and down. The overlap of two adjacent level gauges should not be less than 70 mm, as shown in Figure 2-22. If the water tank is not equipped with the liquid level signal timing, the signal tube can be set to give the overflow signal. The signal pipe is generally connected from the side wall of the water tank, and its height should be set so that the bottom of the pipe is flush with the bottom of the overflow pipe or the overflow water surface of the flare. The diameter of the pipe is generally DNl5 signal tube, which can be connected to the wash basin and washing basin in the room where there are often people on duty. If the liquid level of the water tank is linked with the water pump, the liquid level relay or signal device is installed on the side wall of the water tank or the top cover. The commonly used liquid level relay or signal device includes float type, rod type, capacitor type and float type. The high and low electric water level of the water tank of the water pump pressure should be considered to maintain a certain safety volume, the maximum electric control water level of the instantaneous stop pump should be lower than the overflow water level 100 mm, and the minimum electric control water level of the instantaneous open pump should be higher than the design minimum water level 20mm, so as to avoid overflow or cavitation due to error.
